Through a newly established subsidiary (NTR Invest A/S) NTR Holding A/S acquires all shares in Daniamant Holding A/S including the operating subsidiaries. Daniamant ApS, Denmark and Daniamant Ltd, UK, all combined referred to as Daniamant.
