As technology moves on, so do we. The well known and well loved Rescue Dan series of lifejacket lights has been with us for many years now, offering a most reliable light at a competitive price. However, the World is moving on and Daniamant is moving on as well. We are about to launch a major update for the this series of lights and we intend to keep you all fully informed as to our progress.
Rescue Dan Upgrade programme.
We have taken the opportunity with the latest changes in LED and battery technology and with integrated components to upgrade the Rescue Dan lights, whilst still maintaining the same footprint. Why have we done this? For a number of reasons;
- To improve light output above those required by SOLAS.
- To improve the life of the cell.
- To ensure our quality is even more consistent.
- To meet the latest legislative demands from SOLAS (Approved to the MED 5th Amendment/ISO24408).
The new series keeps very similar part numbers as follows.

These new lights will be approved and available by the end of June and we will automatically amend orders to these lights as received.
